Before Sam moved to Herron Coorey as a site manager, he began his career in construction as an apprentice carpenter in 1999. He worked on residential and commercial building sites, while attaining his Cert III in Carpentry and Joinery, which eventuated in his taking on a lead carpenter role. Sam went on to put his skills in coordination and management to use as a Site Manager in 2015.

Continuing in this role at Herron Coorey, Sam’s expertise lies in technological proficiency. His skillset is in the efficient management, and organisation of all aspects of large-scale construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Cert III in Carpentry & Joinery
• First Aid / CPR
• Diploma of Building and Construction

Recent Projects:

• St Joseph’s College Coomera – Stage 3 ($17.69mil) – Construction of three new buildings: one single-storey, and two double-storey. Refurbishment to two existing buildings, sports courts, roadworks, car parks and associated civil works. Completion: March 2023
