With Joshua’s background in carpentry, and having worked on building sites in both residential and commercial sectors, Joshua knows what it takes to build a comprehensive and thorough pricing from all perspectives.

After these years as a carpenter, Joshua began undertaking more administrative and planning responsibilities, uncovering his affinity for estimating. Joshua has a keen eye for detail, sparking his interest in providing estimations for large-scale clients. 2021 saw Joshua join the team at Herron Coorey, where he quickly became a key member of the estimating department, bringing with him his valuable on-site knowledge and understanding of complex processes.
