Jason’s 24 year relationship with founding director, Nick Herron, speaks to his passion for building foundational relationships, and translates to his approach to his clients. Jason was the first hire of Herron Coorey at its inception, and his long tenure is illustrative of his value at the company.
Jason began as a carpenter, progressed to site manager and now proudly holds the role of project manager. His 27 years of industry experience is of vital importance to Herron Coorey and its clients.

Recent Projects:
- Carmel College Thornlands ($9.22mil) – Demolition of existing tennis courts, and construction of new sports hall and performing arts building. Completion December 2022.
- Ambrose Treacy College ($1.6mil) – Construction of tiered seating, handball courts, access ways, viewing platform, storage area and landscaping. Completion: March 2022.
- Craft’d Grounds, Albion ($4.83mil) – Base building works to enable the conversion of warehouse into boutique brewery, coffee roasters, function rooms, restaurant, and cafe. Completion: April 2021.
