OVERVIEW
St Benedict’s College required updates to its campus in order to maintain its quality facilities for its growing student population. Herron Coorey tendered, and was selected to construct the Stage 4 project works required by St Benedict’s College.
HOW WE HELPED
These works were to provide additions to the school’s senior precinct. Extensions to the existing Support Services, Industrial Technology and Design buildings were made, and then the development of admin facilities, flexible learning areas, and a gymnasium within the Health Hub thereafter.
The construction of a pod of six general learning classrooms, and new facilities with a senior café and an expansive, covered lunch area, was also required.
The completion of this project was valued at $7.4m, and took a duration of 48 weeks. The project was finished in April, 2022.
Herron Coorey worked alongside architect Macksey Rush, and the structural engineers at STP Consultants to build functional and safe spaces at St Benedict’s College.
