The works included an additional four fermenting tanks with associated gantries and roof structure as well as minor demolition works internally to accommodate for another fermenting tank to be installed. 

The project works included the saw cutting of existing slabs, installation of screw piles, formwork and subsequent pouring of new concrete slabs, installation of fermenting tanks and extension of roof structure to cover these tanks followed by gantry walkway around the entire structure.
