OVERVIEW
Herron Coorey tendered and was selected to undertake works to James Hardie’s facility at Carole Park.
HOW WE HELPED
This project involved minor earthworks to the existing area and demolition of concrete, drains and pipework for the set out of a new concrete slab to accommodate for the mill.
Extensive structural steelwork was erected including stairs, landings, tower and partial roof enclosure to the plant.
Herron Coorey worked closely with the structural engineers at Sheehy & Partners and delivered the project on-programme in 9 weeks in late-2012 with a total project cost of $782k.
