These works included a new pick-up cold store room, the installation of new registers and counters, an upgrade to the staff offices and break rooms, a fresh layer of paint finish throughout the store, high-end finishes and new signage.

This project was engaged upon a cost-plus contract, and its completion was valued at $300k. It took a duration of 5 weeks, and was finished in 2022.
