We undertook refurbishment works which consisted of the installation of new shelving, lighting, signage, and liquor cabinets, with the addition of a fresh coat of paint. The construction of a pick-up cold store room was also delivered. 

Additionally challenging was that the store remained operational for the whole duration of the project, which required precise management and cooperation by our team. Herron Coorey’s shop fit-out crew was split into two groups for night and day works. We worked around the clock in order to complete the project to the client’s deadlines.

This project was engaged upon a cost-plus contract, and its completion was valued at $620k. It took a duration of 6 weeks, and was finished in 2022.

Herron Coorey partnered with the structural engineers at Optimum Structures to better the shopping experience at Dan Murphy’s Chermside location.
