OVERVIEW
As part of a large-scale, and ongoing maintenance project, Herron Coorey was engaged to construct a new BWS store in Paddington.
HOW WE HELPED
This job required extensive demolition works to two previously existing tenancies including the removal of one of two mezzanine levels followed by structural works and subsequent shop fit-out works.
Herron Coorey worked closely with the BWS Architect in order to deliver the best result for the client in the unique site.
This project was engaged upon a cost-plus contract, and its completion was valued at $550k. It took a duration of 6 weeks, and was finished in 2023.
