OVERVIEW
Herron Coorey were engaged on a total of 15 projects to carry out works to Bidvest’s warehouse and offices on a cost-plus arrangement.
HOW WE HELPED
Over these 15 projects, the vast majority of the project works consisted of:
- Cold room extensions,
- Creation and future extensions of awning structures,
- Construction and extension of loading dock ramps,
- Fit-out of corporate offices,
- Extension of their warehouse facilities and;
- Construction of anteroom.
Namely, most of these projects were undertaken on a design & construct basis.
The projects were valued at $2.4 million with an on-programmed completion in 2011.
