The project works included construction of three first flush in ground retention tanks enclosed by fencing and gates with concrete vehicle ramps providing loading zone access to their warehouse to assist with distribution and delivery services.

Further works included the relocation of fire mains to accommodate for the retention tanks with  stone pitched outlets, grassed swale with concrete invert and concrete pathways around the area of works.

The project was completed on programme in 9 weeks in 2018 with a total project cost of $600k
