Herron Coorey was engaged to transform a century-old, disused timber mill factory into a 2,600sqm food, drink and wellness precinct, a thriving home to 10 small businesses.

Newstead Brewing Co

Herron Coorey were engaged to extend Newstead Brewing Co’s external facilities.

Fables Bar & Cafe

In collaboration with the Princess Theatre restoration, Herron Coorey also completed the internal fit-out of the Fables Bar & Cafe.
