Herron Coorey are proud to have delivered the exciting and recently opened Rivertown Precinct at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast. This immersive environment takes guests through two new interactive rides called Jungle Rush & Murrissippi Motors. Early works were delivered on an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) while the $38million dollar construction phase was administered under a D&C AS4902 contract. The precinct was completed on program in December 2024 ready for the Christmas rush and remains one of Dreamworlds largest investments to date.
