Herron Coorey were engaged to complete extensive demolition works and a full refurbishment to a two-storey office building in Newstead to modernise the property’s amenities.
HOW WE HELPED
The project works included demolition of pad footings in the basement, full strip out of level 1 and 2, facade and forecourt followed by installation of a lift, new stairwells, full height aluminium glazing, new kitchen and break room to both stories and the addition of an awning with skylight.
A new forecourt and building facade was constructed to modernise the exterior of the property and increase its street appeal to prospective tenants.
Herron Coorey worked with Fairweather Architecture and the structural engineers at Optimum Structures to complete this project ahead of schedule in 9 weeks for a cost of $653k in 2017.
