Positioned just 5km from the central Cairns Esplanade, this is an important store to its market. As such, the building was in need of a refurbishment to properly reflect its shopping experience.

The construction works included the removal of existing vinyl flooring, sealing concrete flooring, the installation of new liquor cases, and an upgrade to the cool room. New lighting and signage was also implemented throughout the store, and a fresh layer of paint was applied both internally and externally.

This project was engaged upon a cost-plus contract, and its completion was valued at $336k. It took a duration of 5 weeks, and was finished in 2022.
