Kevin has an extensive background across several disciplines, legislations, and clients. His expertise is second to none, and is an embodiment of Herron Coorey’s values.
Originally based in London, Kevin’s experience was developed from large new-build sites across the city and the Docklands. He later moved to Hong Kong as a member of the team responsible for the refurbishment and major extension to the prestigious 5 Star Peninsula Hotel. In 2003, Kevin relocated to Brisbane where he became the Queensland State Manager of a highly regarded national construction company.
Once he joined Herron Coorey full time in 2016, Kevin implemented his experience and skills across the full project delivery cycle. Kevin’s clients trust him with project management, project planning, construction management, risk and cost management, contract management, innovation and improving business efficiency.

Recent Projects:
- Living Faith Primary – Stage 2 ($4.5mil) – Demolition and construction of new Year 1 building, covered walkway, and outdoor play area with extension and refurbishment of Prep learning spaces. Refurbishment of amenities, learning domes, and construction of precinct entry. Completion: May 2023.
- Marymount College ($12.22mil) – Construction of secondary school consisting of single-storey addition to existing building, and construction of new three-storey building with external sports courts, shelter structure and landscaping. Completion: July 2022.
- Glasshouse Christian College ($9.48mil) – Construction of new three-storey performance hall building, and services enclosure with associated external ramp and path works. Completion: June 2021.
