• St Joseph’s College Coomera – Stage 3 ($17.69mil) – Construction of three new buildings: one single-storey, and two double-storey. Refurbishment to two existing buildings, sports courts, roadworks, car parks and associated civil works. Completion: March 2023.
• Living Faith Primary – Stage 2 ($4.5mil) – Demolition and construction of new Year 1 building, covered walkway, and outdoor play area with extension and refurbishment of Prep learning spaces. Refurbishment of amenities, learning domes, and construction of precinct entry. Completion: January 2023.
• St Benedict’s College – Stage 4 ($7.45mil) – Construction of six classrooms, new café and amenities building. Extension of existing Industrial Technology and Design, Support Services, and Health Precinct buildings. Completion: April 2022.
